We provide a valuable home care service to help enrich the lives of the elderly and vulnerable. The care industry has been growing in the UK for a number of years. Demand for the service continues to grow as more and more people live to an older age. Due to the nature of our service and the requirements of the sector in which we operate, BrightStar Care offers a recession resilient business opportunity. Many seniors now prefer to remain in their own homes for as long as possible to remain comfortable and to maintain a sense of independence. We’re looking for a Master Franchisor or a number of Area Franchisors who have the ability to help us expand the BrightStar Care brand across the UK. You will recruit, train and support franchisees across the country to run and build successful businesses. For our Master Franchise Agreement, you will need liquid capital of £500,000 and £3 million net assets. The same would also be required for an Area Development. Your franchise fee will include: Designated protected territory Extensive new owner training Opening support Access to all operational tools Our franchisees come from varying backgrounds so home care experience is not required. We teach you everything you need to know to run a senior care franchise business. You should be self-motivated, outgoing, have a proven track record of career success, have a high level of business acumen and, most importantly, have the ability to manage and lead a team.
